1. Legal Basis

This Policy establishes the manner, purposes and conditions for the use of cookies on the postax.md website, operated by SRL "APB COPR" (IDNO: 1020600014501, Republic of Moldova, mun. Chișinău, str. Ciocana 12, of. 16, MD-2052). Developed in accordance with Law RM No. 284/2004 and EU Directive 2002/58/EC.

2. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored in the browser when visiting the Site. On subsequent visits, the browser transmits them back to the Platform to recognise the device, maintain the session and save preferences.

Technically mandatory for the operation of the Platform. They ensure authentication, maintain the active user session, differentiate access rights and protect against cyberattacks. Consent is not required — legal basis: performance of contract and legitimate interest of the Company.

Remember the selected interface language (Romanian, Russian or English). Legal basis: the User's express request for interface personalisation.

6. Cookies and Personal Data Protection

The session cookie contains a JWT token protected by a cryptographic signature, storing only: the User's identifier, email and role. Data is transmitted exclusively via an encrypted channel, strictly confidentially, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
